Annual Executive Development Conference

This year’s Executive Development Conference is designed to help and support Senior Leaders on Self, Team and Organisational Change in a VUCA environment (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous). The conference aims to upskill and enhance leaders to fully support their leadership journey and to achieve the highest standards in Health and Care within the region.
