BAME Aspirant Nurse Leadership Programme Celebration Event
On Monday 16th October, we organised a celebration event for participants of the Aspirant Nurse Leadership Programme.
The event included an opportunity to explore career journeys and future aspirations, with an interesting session held by Mandi Sherlock Storey.
The day featured motivational speeches from both participants and mentors of the programme, as they shared their personal journeys of completing the programme and reflected on their experiences since then.
Dr Annie Topping, Director of Nursing at the North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board, attended the event to extend congratulations to participants.
Participants were awarded their Mary Seacole Local certificates and Mary Seacole pin badges.
The day proved to be highly successful, providing everyone the chance to gather in person and celebrate their accomplishments.
