Session Description: This session will apply a systems lens to the challenges middle leaders face when dealing with various forms of conflict and how this effects their organisational culture.
Aim: To enable middle leaders to understand conflict, how conflict dynamics affect their relationships and explore conflict transformation.

Participants are able to recognise tactics that perpetuate conflict.
Participants are able to recognise their approach to conflict.
