HLM 360 Facilitators – maintaining your registration

The requirements to remain registered as a Healthcare Leadership Model (HLM) feedback facilitator have recently changed. It is now a requirement to complete 1 feedback every 12 months, and attending a refresher session will no longer count toward activity as a result.

The Refresher session offered in July 2023 will be the final opportunity to count a refresher toward activity. If your registration has lapsed, attending a refresher will not allow you to re-join the register. A new process to support re-validation is being designed, and we will share information around how to access this when it is available.
