  • Build practical strategies and habits to improve your focus, decision-making, and day-to-day effectiveness at work.

  • Recognising how you respond in the moment when work feels pressured or challenging, and how this shapes your effectiveness and interactions.
  • Understanding what happens in your brain and body under pressure, and how this influences your thinking, behaviour, and decision-making.
  • Exploring how everyday situations shape your responses using the ABC model (Adversity, Beliefs, Consequences).
  • Identifying how to manage your response more effectively in the moment, particularly in high-pressure or fast-paced situations.
  • Exploring practical strategies that support both your ability to regulate your response and improve how you work day-to-day.
  • Translating this into simple, realistic changes that enhance your focus, decision-making, communication, and overall effectiveness at work.
