Focus: Driving the shift toward patient-centred care by navigating system complexity and addressing health inequalities.

Learning Outcomes:

• Develop the ability to lead and deliver results across systems without direct control, navigating clinical, operational, and political complexity.
• Master the navigation of ambiguity and competing priorities in a digitally-enabled service environment.
• Integrate leadership responsibility for health inequalities directly into service design, decision-making, and resource allocation.
