Mentoring for 2026 and Beyond – Applications Now Open!

Mentor Development Programme

Mentoring in 2026 and beyond may look very different from the traditional models we’re used to. Today, mentoring is not only a powerful route for personal learning and growth, it has the potential to act as a cultural catalyst for the large scale change we are looking to see.

Our refreshed mentoring approach helps learners develop from the inside out. It recognises that meaningful change begins with our inner worlds—our awareness, mind-sets, and energy and grows outward into how we show up for others.

This programme shines a light on the often ‘invisible’ skills of mentoring and introduces a layered model that builds development from self-awareness, to social justice, to system understanding, and finally to skills for service. These layers are revisited throughout the journey rather than followed in a linear path.

What to Expect

Join us for a virtual learning experience exploring what mentoring must look like for the moment we’re in. The programme includes three half-day development sessions, with time between each for reflection and application.

You’re welcome to apply whether you have an existing mentoring relationship, are starting a new one, or are preparing to identify a mentee.
