HLM 360 CPD: Solutions Focussed Feedback
Supporting effective 360 feedback sessions is based in a coaching style, but is not always part of a coaching relationship. As a result using this feedback conversation as an opportunity to support effective goal setting alongside interpretation of the report can feel like a challenge.
This session will focus on exploring the use of tools and techniques to enable supportive challenge during a 360 feedback; these skills would also be applicable to those who support staff with annual appraisal or other performance focussed conversations. Join us for an opportunity to consider:
• How to enable outcomes focussed conversations based in supportive challenge
• Supporting others to identify meaningful (and achievable) goals
• Tools to support goal setting (PACT and OSKAR)
Intended audience: Current HLM 360 Feedback Facilitators, coaches and mentors, those with line management responsibilities. This session will link to the use of HLM 360, but the content will be applicable to other developmental conversations requiring a coaching style. No HLM reports will be used during this CPD session.
